Elementary Basketball

• Forest Park Community Schools Basketball Guidelines • List of Area Basketball Tournaments Elementary Basketball Tournaments Third through Sixth Grade Basketball Coaches are volunteers and can change every year. There are no participation fees. Basketball tournaments are paid for by the participants and the uniforms/t-shirts of the players are paid for by the participants as well. Great Eight Winter Games The annual Great Eight Winter Games will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022. Students in grades 4th through 8th may participate in one activity of their choice. Activities include: Basketball, bowling, chess, volleyball, archery, dodgeball and table tennis. Pre-registration to participate is mandatory. Announcements will be made in school to the students about signing up for the activity of their choice. Sign up forms for students in grades 4th - 8th will sign up on the forms in the office. Announcements will be made to keep students informed of any practices that may be required for some activities. Winter Game Sweatshirts will be on sale at both the Elementary and High School offices. Order forms must be filled out and payment must accompany the order form when it is turned in. Announcements will be made in regards to the start of the sweatshirt sale and the final date to order. There is no cost for the students to participate in the Winter Games. The expenses are covered by the Winter Games Candy Sale Fundraiser that is conducted annually in October.
